Bad choice

I phoned to ask if a replacement toothbrush section was available to replace the my Oral B Toothbrush 3762 A20742351 (out of warranty) as the Smart Guide was still functioning well. Unfortunately as this was not available so I purchased a Pro 5000. I find this new model is a poor replacement. One button is used to both power on and continual presses to select the different functions. To switch-off requires a lot of pressure for an older person. On my previous model one button put the power on or off and a second button selected the function which I found much more user friendly. The Smart guide was very useful as it also recognised which toothbrush head was in use (Pity my new Pro 5000 does not link with this). I find the Bluetooth and App function of the Pro 5000 useless for an older person without a smart phone.

Arrived quickly. Ordered Thursday night arrived Monday morning. Only tried it today works very well. Teeth and mouth feel very fresh. Oral B online registration is a bit of a mess. Why do they need to know your age as a mandatory field?
